Regarding the town of Clince, the authorities transmitted: “In accordance with the Order of the holder of DSU with no. 4660013 of 11.18.2020 on the establishment of the zonal quarantine measure for the Berceni commune, with the village belonging to Berceni, Ilfov county, the measure is established as of 11.19.2020, at 22:00, for a 14 day period.
According to the order of the head of DSU with no. 4660012 of 11.18.2020 on the establishment of the zonal quarantine measure for the commune of Clinceni, with the villages belonging to Clinceni, Olteni and Ordoreanu, Ilfov county, the measure is established as of 11.19.2020, at 22: 00, for a period of 14 days. “

The measures were proposed because, in Berceni, the cumulative incidence rate calculated on 11/18/2020 for the last 14 days reached 10.11 cases per 1,000 inhabitants.
Likewise, in the town of Clinceni, the cumulative incidence rate calculated on 11/18/2020 for the last 14 days reached the value of 10.03 / 1,000 inhabitants.
At the same time, the officers of the Directorate of Public Health proposed the isolation of 11 towns in Ilfov, among which are Berceni, Popești-Leordeni, Otopeni, Bragadiru and Chiajna. However, INSP doctors warned thatComplicated the measure would not lead to the expected results, because, even in these quarantine conditions, people could move in the interest of work, in Bucharest.
