The National Committee for the Coordination of activities on vaccination against COVID-19 announces that the website has been opened where Romanians can schedule the administration of the vaccine against COVID-19. At the moment, vaccination can be planned for people in stage 1, respectively social and health workers.
Appointments for the administration of the vaccine can be made on the page https://programare.vaccinare-covid.gov.ro.
“As of today, December 28 of this year, according to the Vaccination Strategy against COVID-19, the vaccination of people in stage 1, respectively social and health workers, can be planned and access to the application for the other two groups: vaccination (group II – population at risk and workers who carry out activities in key and essential areas and group III – general population). We will inform the public as soon as access to the application is available also for these two groups population ”, announces the National Vaccination Committee against COVID-19.
How to schedule a vaccination
People who plan to get vaccinated create an account based on their identification information and phone number. In the account created, citizens have access to their own appointments: the vaccination center, the dates on which the first administration will take place and the booster (the second dose).
Likewise, at the time of scheduling, the platform generates a document from which access to the vaccination center will be made on the scheduled date. Later, when the scheduled person shows up at the vaccination center, the appointment is validated in the triage area by scanning the QR code on the document generated by the platform or based on the identity card.
Electronic planning through the platform speeds up the vaccination process, distributes vaccination doses and avoids overcrowding in vaccination centers. The TI platform comes in support of all those who want to program the vaccine, including the general population from the 3rd stage ”, is shown in a press release.
Who can schedule the vaccine
According to the data transmitted by the authorities, in the first phase those of the health and social sphere – public and private can be programmed for the vaccine:
a) Hospital staff and outpatient units, respectively medical-health staff, auxiliary staff, staff
administrative, security and protection and other categories;
b) the personnel of the medical emergency system: ambulance, SMURD, IGSU, IJSU, guard rooms, CPU, UPU;
c) primary medicine staff – from the network of family medicine, school medicine and community health care;
d) personnel of laboratories, pharmacies and other health workers;
e) dental services personnel;
f) medical residents, students and students with a medical profile;
g) paramedics and other volunteers working in health facilities;
h) healthcare personnel who carry out their activity in residential and medico-social centers;
i) staff who provide medical and social care at home;
j) the personnel of the public health services, that is, of the National Institute of Public Health, the Public Health Directorates;
k) the personnel of the health units of the ministries with their own health network;
l) personnel of the dialysis and transfusion centers;
m) the personnel involved in carrying out the vaccination campaigns.
