1. I studied for years, so now I can occupy a LEGAL position as a BEGINNING ADVISOR, for which EXPERIENCE is not required, only studies in social sciences (which also includes LAW) or engineering are required, not MEDICAL STUDIES !!!
A newspaper article mentioned: “Codruta-Elena Filip became a” beginning counselor “at only 24 years old.” But when should you “start” in the profession? 40s?
I finished high school with BRIO (very high averages), I have a degree in LAW, at a prestigious state university, with studies carried out in DAY, BUDGET, as well as the dissertation diploma for which I obtained 10 NOTE !!! ! All of this is more than enough to fill that position!
2. YES, in my free time I am also an ARTIST. Perhaps other colleagues have other hobbies, such as tennis, volleyball, etc. Well I sing! My passion is MUSIC! And it’s been 10 years since I had an artistic career. So what is the problem? How does this affect my activity within the Ministry? I attended the singing courses of the “Palacio de los Niños” in IA ,I, I participated in numerous national and international competitions, I was involved in many projects, I was the PR of the Association of Law Students for about 3 years, I participated in multiple trainings , internship in the GOVERNMENT OF ROMANIA, where I entered after a rigorous selection among the first 220 out of 3,600 candidates, internship in the Palace of Parliament, in 2014 I obtained a diploma of excellence for “YOUNG VALUES OF IASI”! I WORKED FOR WHAT I DID! It seems unfair to me to discriminate in this way against a person who is more than QUALIFIED for the position they occupy, just because of the activities they carry out in their FREE TIME!
3. I have been evaluated and selected ACCORDING TO PROCEDURES for this position! I submitted a file, I appeared at the selection interview, where I was ranked first and got a good score. And I can do this interview again, anytime, anytime!
4. The position is for a specified period, during the alert state, taken out for occupation by a methodology approved by ministerial order!
5. It is not possible to apply for a job you found on the Internet, BE PUBLISHED, and fill it in BRIO, and then be discriminated against on the basis of gender, activities carried out outside working hours, etc.
THAT’S WHY YOUNG PEOPLE LEAVE THE COUNTRY! Because they are not given the opportunity to DEMONSTRATE, being judged by APPEARANCE and not only! And if given the chance, they get dragged through the mud!
I did not want to make public these documents that are mine, they are PERSONAL, but it is no longer possible! This misogyny has gone too far !!!
