“It will no longer happen that the General City Council will be an obstacle for the Ministry of Transport. The connection between the Drumul Taberei metro and the tram cannot be blocked by the General City Council.
I have lived all these last years in a non-collaboration between the Ministry of Transport and the General City Council, each one did their own studies without linking them, it cannot be done. The studies that the General City Council and the Ministry of Transport are doing for the subway, for public transport must be connected ”, said Nicușor Dan.
In turn, Prime Minister Ludovic Orban explained the status of the capital’s beltway projects: “By the end of the year we intend to start working on all sections of the southern beltway, to conclude the design and execution contracts for the four sections from the north.
