Since November, Andreea Borodei has been the new chief of staff for the prefect of Satu Mare, Radu Bud. A lawyer by profession, she worked as an administrator of a cafe owned by businessman Benjamin Kira, the NLP candidate for deputy.

Kira, 48, a former vice president of the local PDL organization, is a close associate of Prefect Bud, according to local media. He owns the Jurnal de Satu Mare newspaper and owns several companies.

What exactly did you recommend to Andreea Borodei for the position? “Legal experience”, responds the prefect.

“I promoted her to chief of staff because I know her, she is young, she is a lawyer. He has legal experience, as far as I know, he has represented various companies in court. The young lady will also take over the activity of coordinating vaccination in the region, ”says Radu Bud, quoted by presasm.ro.

Andreea Borodei says she worked as a lawyer, and the appointment of the Prefecture is an opportunity in her professional career, writes the quoted publication.

“I was recently co-opted in the monitoring team of the anti-COVID-19 vaccination campaign together with professionals from the administration. The new chief of staff declares that she graduated from Timișoara Law School and is part of the Association of Legal Advisers of the College of Satu Mare.

Andreea Borodei mentions a series of projects that she has participated in over time and of which she is proud:
