A policeman told “Adevărul”, under the protection of anonymity, that he recognizes the Romanian police chief, Liviu Vasilescu, and that he should step down, referring to a similar relationship between a policeman and a thief in the Caracal case.

The leader of the Duduianu Clan, Emi Pian, had been stabbed to death on the morning of August 4 by Gheorghe Richard Emanuel, at the end of a bearded party he had held all night before.

At the time of the filming obtained by “Adevărul”, Emi Pian’s body had already been deposited at home for 3 days, and the police were trying to convince the thieves to transfer it from there to the “Pía Parascheva” church. in the Rahova district of the capital.

This is due to the fact that current legislation prohibits guarding the body of the deceased at home and, in addition, the new alert state rules were violated for three days, and the police had not sanctioned Duduieni in any way for these irregularities.

Everything was happening in the context of the tensions between the underworld, generated by the assassination of Chief Duduian. At the time, it was not very clear why Gheorghe Richard Emanuel stabbed Emi Pian to death.
