The Fântânele commune in Constanta is under quarantine for the next 14, after the infection rate exceeded 8 cases per thousand inhabitants.

“The measure was taken as a consequence of exceeding the accumulated incidence rate, above the threshold of 3 / 1,000 inhabitants. At this time, the index, in the town of the Constanza region, reaches 8.41 / 1,000 inhabitants. More precisely, out of the total population of 1,664 inhabitants, so far, 14 cases of SARS-CoV-2 infection have been confirmed in the last two weeks ”., announces, on Thursday, Prefecture of Constance.
According to the Order for the establishment of the zonal quarantine, issued by the Head of DSU, Raed Arafat, the quarantine of the locality implies the following obligations, which came into effect on Thursday at 2:00 p.m.: all persons with domicile will be identified , residence or declared address in Fântânele; the movement of people is limited to the maximum; DSP Constanţa will assess the testing priority of the local population; local authorities and LEI Constanţa will establish diversion routes.
The use of a protective mask, so that it covers the nose and mouth, is also mandatory for all people who have reached the age of five, present in closed and open public spaces. Private events (weddings, baptisms, festive meals, etc.) in closed and open spaces will be prohibited. In parallel, the activity with the public of the economic operators that carry out activities of preparation, marketing and consumption of food and / or alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, such as restaurants and cafeterias, including terraces, interiors and exteriors of buildings and the activity with the public authorized economic operators in the field of gambling; organization and performance of activities in cinemas and institutions that organize shows and / or concerts. At the same time, a formalization of religious services can be carried out only outside the buildings, with the presence of a maximum of 20 people.

From the town of Fântânele it is allowed to enter or leave for the transport of goods, for people who work in another town, who carry out agricultural activities, for those who have to go to the doctor and for medical emergencies.
