What does China have at the moment? Only import cases and no cases of community transmission, ”said Adrian Streinu-Cercel.
“I am glad that the Chinese state has organized, I would be glad if the Romanian state organized.” So I understood from you like this: that, in fact, the hospital directors had to make some reforms in their units, some circuits, some investments. People who are sent home with serious illnesses … It would be the fault of the hospital directors, that’s what I understand from you, ”said Dana Chera.
“No, no, you don’t understand this. The hospital directors could not make essential changes to the structure, because it is approved by the DSP,” said Streinu-Cercel.
“And then he passes them on to cancer patients, heart, what do they have to do now? Where are they going?” Dana Chera continued.
“Patients with oncological diseases go to oncology centers, they have no restrictions, they are not COVID centers. Those with cardiovascular disease should go to support units for cardiovascular diseases. There are no COVID units. So let’s get this over with! There are several COVID units across the country nominated by ministerial order. The rest are words! ”Streinu-Cercel said.
