In the week of October 5-11, meteorologists appreciate that the weather will be warm in the first few days, after which there will be heavy rains and autumn will come on its own. Hot days will alternate with minimum temperatures close to frost in various areas of the country. At the same time, the autumn rains will appear.
On the first day of October 5 to 11, the maximum values will reach values of up to 32 degrees Celsius in the Capital. According to estimations of meteorologists, from a thermal point of view, Mondays and Tuesdays will have high thermal values compared to the normal temperatures of the period.
During Monday, temperatures will be high in most of the country and we expect highs of 31 to 32 degrees Celsius in the southern part of the country.
On Tuesday, the weather will begin to cool down a bit, starting in the west, northwest, and center, with temperatures approaching normal for this fall period. In the southern and southeastern regions, thermal values will remain high, slightly above normal for the period.
From Wednesday to the end of the week, temperatures will drop steadily. In the northern part of Romania temperatures of 16 degrees Celsius will be recorded, while in the southern regions the maximums will reach 23 degrees. In general, however, temperatures will be between 10 and 18 degrees, with higher values in the coastal area, but also lower in the depressions.
The rains will appear from the first part of the interval, in the west, north and center of the country, and at night from Tuesday to Wednesday they will spread throughout the territory. Thus, in the second part of the interval there will be heavy rains throughout the territory of Romania. In addition, according to estimates by meteorologists, there will be manifestations of instability, electrical discharges and intensifications of wind in the short term.
