The car became a 5-day home for Mihail Popescu, a 34-year-old man, positively confirmed with the new coronavirus.
“I woke up on Saturday morning to find that it had no taste or smell and announced it at work. I’m a nurse and they told me to get tested for Covid and decided on the way to work not to go home. I had a positive result. My wife had heart surgery a year and a half ago and I don’t want her to get sick either.“Says the man.
He says he called DSP Bucharest countless times for help.
“Someone answered me and told me to wait and isolate myself, that’s all, this Saturday night. On Sunday I called again and asked him to tell me something, what to do, that he was in the car. Not wanting to contact anyone, he asked a friend who has an empty apartment for help.
