Micheline Roquebrune, now 91, faces a severe sentence and a fine of not less than 21 million pounds as punishment for alleged tax fraud in Spain. Despite the death of the actor who played James Bond so many times, the Spanish authorities recently recalled that the tax fraud case “has not disappeared.”
Spanish prosecutors have warned that they intend to notify Micheline Roquebrune of the charges against her so that she can prepare for a trial.
In addition, the Spanish accuse the “lack of cooperation” of the authorities in the Bahamas, a country where Sean Connerys died 11 days ago, at the age of 90.
