In an interview with VIVA! Magazine, the former Pro Tv reporter confessed that returning to TVR, where she presents general news, was auspicious for her.
Once a symbol of sports news, which made her famous in the media, Raluca Arvat specified that after 15 years on Pro TV, she quickly adapted to changes in her career.
Additionally, the charismatic TV host also explained why she has become increasingly low-key in recent years, her appearances at events becoming considerably rarer.
Family life is one explanation why Raluca Arvat has not appeared anywhere else outside of the diary he presents on TVR 2.
„Viva.ro: What is life like as a mother? I know you always wanted to have more free time for your family …
Raluca Arvat: Life as a mother is interesting, because every day is different, full of beautiful surprises, in general.
And I always try to make time to enjoy every moment. Because he never comes back if I miss him.
And I really believe that family is the most important thing, it is in the foreground, then the service comes and everything else. Although I understood all this later.
viva.ro: In an attempt to make a documentary for this interview, I came to only one conclusion.
That you’ve been very withdrawn in recent years. And that we no longer know anything about you … Why? So tell us… what have you done in the last few years?
Raluca Arvat: I have always preferred to have a discreet life. I live my life for myself and for my family, because the beautiful or less beautiful experiences and memories that I gather in life are mine.
And I don’t fight them. I don’t do anything just to tell stories or to show off. Maybe that’s why they consider me a withdrawn person. As for the question I’ve asked you in recent years, I tell you so much: TUDOR! My little one is the greatest fulfillment of my life.
And I dedicate all my energy and free time to it. Since I had Tudor, I have come to realize what is really important and what really matters in life. The rest are everyday events, “Raluca Arvat told VIVA! Magazine.
Regarding the transition from sports news to general news, the TVR 2 host added:
“Regarding the change, the order was different. First there was general news, then sports news and now again general news.
Because I started my adventure in the media with general news, in 1994, in a newspaper in Brașov.
However, I was attracted to television, where I continued in general news until 2000, when I was offered the opportunity to become the first woman to present sports news on commercial television.
So, after 15 years in which I presented sports news, the return of 2016 to mainstream news felt like a return in time, to the beginning.
