A 15-person minibus, which was also carrying a platform with another car, rolled over in the emergency lane. A 19-year-old man died and 13 other people arrived at the hospital.
The minibus brought Romanians home from Germany. Most likely, the driver has lost control of the steering wheel. A 19-year-old passenger going to Botoșani was killed instantly. Dozens of rescuers started a time trial, especially when two children, ages three and four, were among the victims.
