Traffic in Romania will be prohibited between 23:00 and 05:00, with some exceptions, from Monday, November 9. People who have to travel during this time must complete a declaration at their own risk.
The National Committee for Emergency Situations (CNSU) has decided that travel will be allowed between 11:00 pm and 5:00 am to go to work, to the doctor or to care for children or the elderly.

Measures valid for 30 days were taken to prevent and limit the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 infection.
The declaration under your own responsibility must include name and surname, date of birth, address of the house / home / place of professional activity, reason for the trip, date of completion and signature.
The statement of responsibility can also be handwritten and can also be submitted electronically.
What does the CNSU’s decision stipulate?
Art. 4 – (1) In all localities in Romania, it is proposed to prohibit the movement of people outside the home / household in the time interval 23.00 – 5.00.
(2) By exception of the provisions of par. (1), the movement of people outside the dwelling / home is allowed in the time interval 23.00 – 5.00 for the following reasons:
a) travel for professional interest, including between home / home and place / places of professional activity and vice versa;
b) travel for medical assistance that cannot be postponed or carried out remotely, as well as for the purchase of medicines;
c) travel outside the localities of people who are in transit or make trips whose time interval overlaps with the prohibition period such as those made by plane, train, coach or other means of passenger transport and that may be accredited by ticket or any other form of payment for the trip;
d) traveling for justified reasons, such as the care / accompaniment of the child, assistance to the elderly, sick or disabled or the death of a family member.
Art. 5 (1) To verify the reason for the trip out of professional interest, people are obliged to present, at the request of the personnel of the competent authorities, the service card, the certificate issued by the employer or a statement under their own responsibility. ;
(2) To verify the reason for the trip in personal interest, people are obliged to submit, at the request of the personnel of the competent authorities, a declaration under their own responsibility, previously completed;
(3) The declaration under your own responsibility must include name and surname, date of birth, address of the house / home / place of professional activity, reason for the trip, date of completion and signature.
