Sean Connery’s widow, Micheline Roquebrune, runs the risk of being jailed and fined 23.4 million euros for an alleged tax fraud in Spain.
The wife of the late actor Micheline Roquebrune, however, he denies any involvement in an alleged fraud in the sale of the house in Marbella, Spain, which belonged to the family.
Sean Connery died on October 31, and despite his recent death, his widow will be officially cited on these charges, The Sun reports.

The house in question was sold in 1999 and was demolished to make way for a 70-apartment complex, despite rules that only five of those buildings could be built. Sean Connery told his wife in 2004 that he would not be tried in the case, the source said.
The actor’s lawyers, the mayor of Marbella and six councilors were sent to prison for fraud.
A judge ruled that Micheline, born in France, should be tried in this case.
Sean Connery’s widow called the accusations “nonsense.”
