More optimistic are the leaders of the territory who hope that the number of infections will decrease.
Emil Boc, Mayor of Cluj-Napoca, says that “the situation is still under control and can be kept under control through the impeccable activity of the doctors. Today, the number of infections has stabilized in Cluj-Napoca, so we are no longer in an increasing direction. If the stable trend with decreasing orientation is confirmed in the next few days, there are possibilities that after 14 days we will return to school before the online format and the reopening of the restaurants ”.
Alba County Prefect Nicolae Albu says that “in the last three days, apart from the increase in the number of tests, it matters a lot how many tests you do, we tested a lot in the last week, but in localities where the incidence was very high we remain somewhat stable. we do the daily analysis. It does not mean that tomorrow will be the same. But if that’s the case, in about two days we should stabilize or decrease, because we are approaching the 14-day deadline.
Harghita County Prefect Ion Proca told Realitatea PLUS that “we are waiting for the measures taken to come into force. (…) Of course, the situation of the schools remains uncertain even after November 1, to the extent that people will not understand respecting the measures ”.
