In her appeal, Maia Sandu referred to the withdrawal of the GOTR, created on the remains of the former Soviet XIV Army in Transnistria, and called for the transformation of the Russian peacekeeping mission on the left bank of the Dniester into a civilian one, under OSCE mandate.
