The decision of the company Romprest Service SA, dated 12/15/2020
Considering the marked degradation of the state of cleanliness in Sector 1, caused by the accumulation of uncontrolled waste deposits, abusively deposited in the public domain, in the context of the proximity of the Winter Holidays,
In a spirit of respect for citizens and the environment, and considering that we expect the Contracting Body> Sector 1 City Council to analyze and find an amicable solution to this dispute, within a reasonable period of time to ensure continuous service provision by the operator delegate,
Romprest Service SA expresses its willingness to organize a collection action for all uncontrolled deposits that currently exist in the public domain, thus demonstrating, once again, good faith, as soon as the Contracting Authority takes the necessary measures to extinguish the dispute through payment, even partial, of registered debts.
We request the Sector 1 Local Police, in the exercise of its contractual obligations, to monitor and adequately sanction all actions by which the waste regime violates, in order to avoid the repetition of this situation.
We also ask for the support of the population, who through their own conduct and by modifying the composition of those who violate the rules of urban coexistence, can contribute to maintaining the state of cleanliness.
