The County Committee for Emergency Situations (CJSU) of Cluj decided, this Friday, to suspend the activity with the public in restaurants, bars, cafes, cinemas and entertainment institutions, as a result of exceeding the threshold of 1.5 cases of COVID -19 per thousand. people, informs the Institution of the Prefect.

The decision was made taking into account the accumulated incidence in the last 14 days, of more than 1.5 / 1,000 inhabitants, in Cluj-Napoca, as well as in Apahida, Căianu, Căşeiu, Câţcău, Cuzdrioara, Feleacu, Floresti, Mintiu- Gherlii, Mociu, Săcuieu, Sâncraiu, Sic and Vad.

To limit and prevent the spread of the new coronavirus, the Committee has decided, from October 12 to the date of the incidence rate of 1.5 / 1,000 inhabitants, to suspend, for a period of 10 days, the possibility of extension of the activity with the public of all economic operators that carry out activities of preparation, marketing and consumption of food and / or alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, such as restaurants and cafeterias, inside buildings.

At the same time, it was decided to suspend, for a period of 10 days, with the possibility of an extension, the activity restaurants and cafes within hotels, guest houses or other accommodation units, which will only be allowed for lodged guests.

However, the preparation of food and the sale of food and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages that are not consumed in the respective premises will be allowed.

At the same time, the suspension, for a period of 10 days, of the activity of economic operators licensed in game, except for bets and lotteries where the ticket is issued, in compliance with the distance regulations and health security measures, but also the suspension of the activity with the public of cinemas, entertainment institutions and / or concerts.

“The preparation, marketing and consumption of food and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages is allowed in specially designed spaces located outside the buildings, in the open air, ensuring a minimum distance of 2 m between meals and the participation of a maximum of 6 people at a table, if they are from different families, and in compliance with the sanitary protection measures established by joint order of the Minister of Health, the Minister of Economy, Energy and Business Environment and the President of the National Veterinary Health and Safety Authority Food.
