The Deputy Prime Minister with coordinating powers of the Ministry of Education, Raluca Turcan mentions in her official curriculum for master’s studies at the SNSPA that she has not graduated for more than 21 years, reveals edupedu.ro.
“1999 – SNSPA Bucharest – Master student in Communication and Public Relations”, writes Turcan, among others, in the Education chapter. At the request of Edupedu.ro, the National School of Political and Administrative Studies replied that “Mrs. Raluca Turcan was enrolled in the Faculty of Communication and Public Relations, postgraduate academic program, communication sciences, class 1999-2001, but not He passed the final exam and therefore does not have a graduation diploma ”.
Contacted by Edupedu.ro and asked why he maintains in his official CV the title of Master’s student in Communication and Public Relations of the SNSPA, 21 years after leaving these studies, the Liberal Deputy Prime Minister Raluca Turcan stated that “the relevance of education is given by the school they attend, but also by the personal assessment that each one makes at that time. I took master’s courses and considered it sufficient for my training. I chose not to defend the dissertation because I was already active in politics and it seemed strange to me at that time when the Nastase regime attacked the Opposition by all means, to be evaluated by the relatives or advisers of the politicians against whom it was fighting. The evolutions confirmed that I was 100% correct with the evaluation carried out”.
