After Pepe announced that he and Raluca had not been in a relationship for some time, new information shook the mundane world of show business when images surfaced in the press of Pepe being allegedly violent with his ex-wife. Raluca Pastramă was allegedly attacked by Pepe a few days ago. Shortly after the incident, the artist’s wife went to the National Institute of Forensic Medicine to issue a forensic certificate and filed a complaint against Pepe for beatings and other types of violence.
Pepe, for his part, affirmed that the real reason for the separation is not the beating at all, but the fact that he found out that Raluca is cheating on him. He says he learned from a journalist that his wife was with her lover in the mountains. Also, he did his own research and found this fact to be real.
He waived the protection order, as stated in a court decision, and is now ordered to pay the costs.

Based on art. 43 of Law no. 217/2003 informed to art. 406 of the Code of Civil Procedure, confirms the resignation of the plaintiff to the summons filed by the Public Ministry attached to the District Court 2, regarding plaintiff Pascu Raluca Florentina in contradiction with the defendant Pascu Nicolae Ionuț.
It obliges the plaintiff to pay the State the amount of 500 lei, representing the court costs, of which the fee of 250 lei for the lawyer initially appointed to provide legal assistance to the defendant, Tacu VN Nicolae-Valetina, and the fee of 250 lei lei for the attorney initially appointed to provide legal assistance to the applicant, Panfiloiu D. Luminita-Rodica.
