PRO Romania Candidate for Sector 4 City Council, Assoc. Dr. George Ispas spoke about what an ideal education would be like and conveyed the concrete projects he has to get to that point.
“We have to stop having an education in which to try to copy. We need to have models from other countries. We need an education in which, looking at the good practices of others, we can develop our own system ”, the politician transmitted.
What modern education means
“However, it must be assumed that: the child is dropped off by the parents at school in the morning and taken in the afternoon, from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm; we prohibit the law from giving a child homework; we make sure that the child can enjoy a hot meal and eat at the table with their teachers; we increase the quality of counseling so that each child develops their abilities and skills, ”explained Ispas.
Specific projects and investments with cap
“It simply came to our knowledge then. This requires investment and seriousness. We need to invest our heads in this issue. Have integrated projects, starting from the differentiated salary of teachers, especially for those who work in neighborhood schools or on the outskirts of the Sector, to pay scholarships to students on time, not like the Sector 4 City Hall, to fully computerize, to develop a table, dining room, for school, to make a room with a painting or music area and to keep the child there. it is the ideal of education that I see in Sector 4 ”, concluded the PRO Romania candidate for Sector 4.
