President Klaus Iohannis enacted on Friday, November 20, the law that provides for the introduction of slow road vehicles in the category of those that can be registered and registered in the Romanian Automobile Registry (RAR).

The regulatory act, which completes GEO 78/2000, defines slow road vehicles as vehicles powered by a built-in engine and which, constructively, cannot circulate at a speed exceeding 25 km / h. These must be registered and registered by the Autonomous Administration “Romanian Automobile Registration”, just like all other vehicles.
