The PSD asked the Central Electoral Office to cancel the elections or count the votes in Sector 1, citing electoral fraud to the detriment of Dan Tudorache, but the request was sent one minute after the legal deadline expired. In the convocation in which the Social Democrats claim the fraud of the elections to the detriment of their candidate, she writes that, from the parallel count of the party, Clotilde Armand has more votes than Dan Tudorache

Thus, as they wrote in the request for annulment or counting of votes, the parallel calculation of the PSD shows that Dan Tudorache obtained 35,455 votes and Clotilde Armand 36,577. Two lines down, PSD members say that from the PSD’s parallel count, their party’s candidate has an advance of 1,122 votes.

According to the electoral calendar approved by Government Decision, the request to cancel the elections must be submitted no later than September 28. The PSD request was sent on September 29, at 00:00, as can be seen in the document below.

In the request sent to the BEC, the PSD representatives claim the fictitious inclusion in the additional lists of an “abnormally large number of people”. This, the Social Democrats say, is due to the “instigation” of the USR-PLUS Alliance, through an “aggressive campaign” online, for citizens to obtain a floating visa.
