Rafael Nadal will not be able to play in 2020
Rafael Nadal hinted that he might end his current season after winning the final in Roland Garros, in front of the world leader Novak Djokovic.
“I still don’t know what schedule I have. I don’t know what I’ll do after Roland Garros. So I can’t say whether or not I’ll continue playing for the next two months.”Nadal said at a press conference.
“I have not yet decided whether to continue a normal schedule or stop until next year.”added the Spanish.
“I have to talk to my family and my team in the next few days. We will analyze the future, because we are facing a complicated situation.” he added, referring to health conditions associated with the coronavirus pandemic.

Nadal hasn’t played much this season (ATP Cup, Australian Open, Acapulco, Rome and Roland Garros) marked by the coronavirus pandemic, preferring to be absent from US Open where he had to defend his title to prepare for this year’s Roland Garros tournament.
