In early September, the investment director of the CNI, Adrian Cefalan, provided the latest information on the status of work at the Star Arena.
“The physical scenario of the execution works of the three stadiums is as follows: Steaua Stadium – 90%; Arc de Triomphe Stadium – 90%; Giulesti Stadium – 55%.
Contractually, the deadline for the Steaua Stadium is October 2020. After receipt at the end of the works, CNI will deliver the investment objective to the final beneficiary, respectively MApN / CSA STEAUA Bucharest.
Thus, the development of sporting events may take place after the investment objective has been taken by the final beneficiary, with the programming of these events being their exclusive task “, declared Adrian Cefalan, for Digi Sport.
