Cornel Dinu, eight titles with Dinamo

Cornel Dinu was born on August 2, 1948, the same year the Dinamo club was founded. He was one of the emblematic players of the blue and white team, for whom he scored no less than 454 games in League 1.

As a player, Cornel Dinu won 6 championships and two Cups with the group of Ştefan cel Mare and was declared the best Romanian footballer 3 times, in 1970, 1972 and 1974.

As a coach, “Mister” managed to win two titles with Dinamo and two Romanian Cups.
