The CEO claims that a total closure means the closure of all activities except essential ones, or Romania did not adopt such measures even during the state of emergency, when activities such as construction could be carried out.

People need work, they have to be active, they have to develop their professional lives in conditions as close to normal (…) From the point of view economic, Romania cannot afford a lockdown.
