Steer also says that “pandemic governments are bribing the press with more than 200 million euros to induce feelings of irrational fear in the population, in the name of a flu with a 99.7% cure rate.”

The anti-vaccine gives the example of India and China as models of good practice to return to “normal life” by saying that “they have abandoned pandemic hysteria and have resumed their normal life, without masks and without distance.”
Olivia Steer is the wife of well-known program producer Andi Moisescu (PRO TV) who was infected with COVID-19 in November 2020. Steer has sparked several controversies in the public space regarding the vaccine and the coronavirus pandemic and shares on Facebook sites promoting conspiracy theories.
Steer has been in dispute with several doctors over controversial claims about diet, natural remedies, and the role of vaccines. On October 24, Olivia Steer urged Facebook not to wear a mask and not to follow health rules.
