UEFA clears up controversy: Norwegians are not at risk of being excluded from the Nations League
UEFA explained on Saturday night that the match was canceled due to an unforeseen situation, in a pandemic of COVID-19. In this case it is not an exclusion of Norway since League of Nations, although this variant has been discussed.

If it is concluded that both teams are responsible or neither of them is responsible for the non-dispute of the game or the impossibility of playing it until its end, it cannot be declared lost. If the match cannot be declared lost, the outcome of the match will be decided by lottery (1-0, 0-1 or 0-0) by the UEFA administration.It is also reflected in the regulations approved by the UEFA Executive Committee.
How does the ranking look if Romania beats Norway at the “green table”?
