New restrictions have been imposed in Greece due to the increase in the number of new COVID-19 cases.
The measurements are valid in Athens and throughout Attica today. They will apply for at least the next two weeks, according to greekcitytimes.ro.
The new restrictions include:
– mandatory use of the mask in all interior spaces.
– The mask also becomes mandatory in open spaces in the open air, where congestion forms, such as markets or bus stops, where physical distance is not possible.
– Open air concerts and similar events can be held, but with a small number of people, half the usual capacity, and spectators must sit down and wear a mask. Smoking and drinking alcohol is prohibited.
– Cinemas and theaters will be able to operate at 60% of their capacity, and people who go to the cinema or theater must wear a mask.
– Indoor music will not be allowed.
– the number of people who can stay together in a restaurant is limited to 6.
– the number of participants in events and other social gatherings is limited to 50.
– It is suggested that those over 65 wear a mask at all times.
In Trikala, restaurants, bars, etc. It will be closed from 00:00 to 07:00, and the number of people attending public events and meetings will also be limited to 50.
