The counties affected by the predicted weather events are: Alba, Argeş, Braşov, Buzău, Caraş-Severin, Covasna, Dâmboviţa, Dolj, Gorj, Hunedoara, Mehedinţi, Olt, Prahova, Sibiu, Timiş, Vâlcea and Vrancea.
NMA specifies that manifestations of atmospheric instability will be temporarily signaled in the south and southeast of the territory, and otherwise there will be moderate rains, but in smaller areas.

In the list of counties this warning is directed to are: Argeş, Bacău, Brăila, Botoşani, Braşov, Buzău, Covasna, Dâmboviţa, Galaţi, Iaşi, Neamţ, Prahova, Sibiu, Suceava, Vâlcea, Vrancea and Vaslui.
