The Minister of Education, Mónica Anisie, affirmed this Tuesday night that the Regulation on the organization and operation of pre-university education units was modified to adapt it to the situation generated by the COVID-19 pandemic.
“The regulation of organization and operation of the pre-university education units – this regulation was already approved by ministerial order on August 31, adapted to this situation. It is transmitted to the Official Gazette, it probably appeared today (…). Many documents are published on the monitor and it seems that it is lagging behind, but it is approved and, in addition, we have been given the possibility of making regulations at the level of the educational unit, because it is important that each educational unit has a clear regulation that Parents and students must know and respect, because it is an obligation (…) It is a framework regulation, the last regulation that was made was in 2016 and now we had to adapt it to the situation in which we find ourselves, ”said Monica Anisie, by Digi24.

The guide that we have achieved, in fact, the common order that everyone knows, we have measures for both parents, we have advice for them, advice for the students, but also the responsibility of the teacher to tell the children when they start classes what the measures are hygiene, the basic rules that everyone must follow in the school space, ”said the minister.

There are no prohibitions, but there are responsibilities, both on the part of the teacher, who must take a break to supervise the student, and on the part of the parents ”, Specified the Minister of Education.
