“On 10/08/2020, around 11:30 p.m., police officers from the Highway Brigade in exercise of their duties within the sector 2 radius stopped to control a vehicle driven by a 47-year-old man. , the driver of the car was giving off alcoholic breath, the police asked him to blow into the alcohol test device, but he refused, ”states the Capital Road Brigade, in a statement sent Friday.
According to the police, the driver was transferred to the INML “Mina Minovici”, where he refused to have biological samples taken to establish his blood alcohol level.
In this case, a criminal case “denial or evasion of biological samples” was drawn up.
