According to a press release from the transport company, sent to Agerpres, Metrorex personnel with responsibilities in supervising access to stations, train management personnel, as well as other Metrorex personnel, will have direct tasks to monitor the station congestion level. Thus, to avoid crowded situations, passengers will be guided to maintain their physical distance.

Likewise, to take operational measures, Metrorex staff will report possible congestion situations to decision makers within the company and to the Metro Police.
