A group of PSD parliamentarians, led by Senator Șerban Nicolae, filed a DNA complaint against Nicușor Dan, following the press release of a recording of the right-wing mayoral candidate allegedly trying to prevent an illegal takedown. Nicusor Dan joked when he heard the news, saying it took them a lot of courage to file a complaint with DNA, where “Many PSD members enter, few leave.”

PSD MPs Șerban Nicolae, Petre-Florin Manole, Aida-Cristina Căruceru, Daniel Zamfir, Tudor Beatrice filed a complaint with DNA against Nicușor Dan for committing acts of blackmail, bribery, influence peddling, false statements, money laundering and requests the initiation of the criminal investigation and its prosecution, writes the website Ziare.com.

Little Dan joked when he found out about the complaint against him.

“I understand from the press that Cătălin Voicu’s driver, Senator Șerban Nicolae, and some of his PSD parliamentary colleagues went to DNA to file a complaint against me.

I’d say it took a bit of courage for them to enter that building. Not for anything else, but there, as we well know, many members of the PSD enter, few leave, ”wrote Nicușor Dan on Facebook.

The complaint follows the record in which the right-wing candidate for Mayor’s Office discusses with a representative of the Mayor’s Office in sector 4 about the demolition of a building. The recording contains a dialogue between Nicușor Dan and a representative of the Sector 4 City Council, in which the right-wing mayoral candidate allegedly tried to prevent an illegal demolition.

The recording was published by Dana Budeanu, a close friend of Gabriela Firea.

The candidate of the “Close United Right” is peddling influence and blackmail in the mayor’s office of a district, in favor of a controversial businessman – even considered a thief – for his involvement in drug activities, human trafficking, etc., and that built illegal buildings (restaurant and house) in the Youth Park, in the public domain, ”Gabriela Firea wrote on Facebook on Monday.
