Prime Minister Ludovic Orban praised the capital’s mayor general, Nicușor Dan, for increasing the ambulance’s capacity by 40 medical staff.
“The capacity of the ambulance has increased. The mayor general has already made the decision to supplement the ambulance staff with 40 doctors,” said the prime minister.
On Sunday, Prime Minister Ludovic Orban visited the DSP Bucharest call center to thank the Medicine volunteers who respond to citizens who need information. 144 volunteers will work in two shifts to attend the 72 calls that have been put into operation to increase the response to citizen requests.
“We made a visit to thank the volunteers who help us. A call center with 72 stations is provided here through which it communicates with the citizens of Bucharest,” said Ludovic Orban, on Sunday, after a visit to the center of DSP calls in the National arena.
He said that it is a call center in addition to those that already exist.
“Increasing the response rate has been the objective we constantly pursue. Of course, it is very difficult to answer thousands of calls,” said Orban, who specified that, over time, the goal is to be able to answer all calls.
The prime minister specified that a total of 144 volunteers would work as a call center, in two shifts.
The prime minister will also visit the Bucharest ambulance.
