Irina Tănase, Liviu Dragnea’s fiancee, denied rumors that she was pregnant with the former PSD leader, imprisoned in Rahova Penitentiary.
On the other hand, Irina Tănase accuses the Rahova Penitentiary management of refusing to apply a judicial decision that stipulates that the former PSD leader can be sent to work.
Through the lawyers, Liviu Dragnea appealed to the Ombudsman, Renate Weber, and Irina Tănase affirms that the heads of the penitentiary are afraid to apply the decision of the judges.
Irina Tănase denied this about the fact that she would be pregnant.

Regarding Liviu Dragnea’s health, Irina Tănase said it worsened due to isolation.
“He feels bad about health problems and isolation for 23 of the 24 hours. He has a lumbar hernia and a cervical hernia, which is known before conviction. These health problems have worsened in the last three months. He was removed from work and remains in the room for 23 hours. He only goes out for an hour walk. We turn to some institutions to solve it. There are two main issues: the right to work and the right to health. We are addressing the court for the right to work ”, Irina Tănase also specified.
The fiancee of the former PSD leader assures that Liviu Dragnea won the lawsuit to obtain the right to work “but the court’s decision has not been applied for two weeks.”
“I also filed a complaint with the Ombudsman. Some rights were violated. They issued a series of recommendations to the ANP (National Penitentiary Administration) to correct these norms. I think that the pressure on the penitentiaries is great not to grant Liviu Dragnea their rights. Even a murderer and a rapist have certain rights and they are respected.
