“Considering the cumulative incidence rate of the administrative-territorial units in Cluj County, reported by the Cluj County Public Health Directorate and the fact that the cumulative incidence of the last 14 days in Cluj-Napoca and other units administrative-territorial, respectively Apahida, Căianu, Cășeiu, Câțcău, Cuzdrioara, Feleacu, Floresti, Mintiu-Gherlii, Mociu, Săcuieu, Sâncraiu, Sic and Vad is above the threshold of 1.5 / 1,000 inhabitants, the County Committee of Cluj for emergency situations today approved Decision No. 46, which ordered the following measures to limit and prevent the spread of the SARS Cov2 virus, as of 10.12.2020, until the date of reaching an incidence rate less than or equal to 1.5 / 1,000 inhabitants ”, the decision reads.
Thus, after the meeting, it was decided to close restaurants and cafes, games of chance, cinemas, bars, clubs or discos for a period of 10 days. In addition, it was decided to ban the events for 10 days in Cluj-Napoca, but also in Floresti, Apahida, Sic, the commune of Feleacu, Gherla, Dej and other towns in the county.
Therefore, it is prohibited to organize events, such as weddings, baptisms or parties. It is also forbidden to organize shows or concerts indoors.
This decision will be kept for 10 days, after which the epidemiological situation will be analyzed again.
The prefect of Cluj, Mircea Abrudean announced that, after the record of 117 coronavirus infections registered on Thursday, October 8, Cluj-Napoca reached a rate of 1.54 cases per thousand inhabitants in the last 14 days.
However, we remind you that by decision 43 of August 27, the National Committee for Emergency Situations (CNSU) decided that the activity with the public of economic operators that carry out activities of preparation, marketing and consumption of food and / or beverages Alcoholic and non-alcoholic, such as restaurants and cafes, within buildings can be resumed in regions where the cumulative incidence of cases in the last 14 days is less than or equal to 1.5 / 1,000 inhabitants.
