Amid an increase in the number of coronavirus cases in recent weeks, Italy has decided to extend health restrictions, SkyNews television reports. Among them is the obligation to carry out a 14-day isolation at home for people arriving from Romania and Bulgaria.

Entry to Italy is made on the basis of the document that proves residence, a form is filled out where the address is declared for the health authorities. People arriving from Greece, Malta, Spain and Croatia should be tested for the new coronavirus. The use of the mask is still mandatory in all enclosed spaces, but also outdoors in the time interval from 18 pm to 6 am where the distance of one meter cannot be observed. The discotheques and stadiums will remain closed and the means of transport will operate with a capacity of 80% to allow distance.

Citizens of Moldova, Armenia, Bangladesh, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Chile, Kuwait, North Macedonia, Oman, Panama, Peru, the Dominican Republic, Kosovo, Montenegro, Serbia and Colombia are prohibited from entering Italy.
