Andaluna Bogdan told Digi24 that her mother was the first in the family to be infected.
„My mother was the one who brought the virus to the space where we live and unfortunately we infect absolutely all the members of the family, although we disinfect the purchases, wash our hands, keep our distance, use a mask. I could not have imagined keeping your distance in a space where you live with your parents, I did not imagine that we could end up in a situation in which we would be infected, although we respect all the measures, “she said.
Bogdan said his mother contracted the virus from work, from people who went to work, even though they had symptoms. Then her father was infected and she and her daughter had the first symptoms after a few days.
„I was hoping that he would not have symptoms, unfortunately it was not fulfilled in our case ”, said Bogdan about his daughter, who was only one year and two months old.
She said they came to the emergency room in the middle of the night, given that her parents were already hospitalized.
„We didn’t know what to expect, where we would end up, whether or not we would get home relatively soon. For such a small child, you have to wear diapers, change clothes, “he said, describing the” ordeal “he went through.
„You certainly don’t know what that feeling is when they tell you what treatment means for a child, that is, a drug for HIV, because there is still nothing for COVID, but you still give yourself a kite. You do not know that you will receive treatment for malaria or the pressure you put on yourself whether or not you accept the treatment, especially for a baby, “he wrote on Facebook.
Bogdan appeals to the observance of the rules, because wearing the mask is not only about his own person, but also about public health.
