Irina Tănase, Liviu Dragnea’s girlfriend, reacts to the statement from the National Penitentiary Administration, in which the institution rejects the accusations made by the lawyer of the former PSD leader. She accuses the ANP of not allowing her boyfriend access to adequate medical treatment.

Following the press release made by the lawyer, ANP confirms that Liviu has the right to request to be consulted in any hospital unit outside ANP. And that you can request it for a fee, even in private hospitals that have a contractual relationship with a health insurance company.
I mean, it’s allowed, it’s legal, but still no one is taking into account the requests you made … from 3 months ago. And then the entire ANP says that it applies the detention regime and NON-DISCRIMINATORY medical treatment?[ Păi cum, dacă tot ei spun că are voie să ceară să meargă unde vrea el, şi nu este dus?
Şi mai mult, unde este garantată demnitatea umană când omul are dureri insuportabile şi este lăsat să se chinuie?! Când nu interesează pe nimeni că de 3 luni tot face cereri şi reveniri la cereri să i se permită să meargă la un spital să îl consulte un specialist care îi cunoaşte istoricul medical?!?!
Şi dacă activităţile sunt reglementate de lege, unde scrie în lege că trebuie retras de la muncă în cazul unei anchete disciplinare? NU SCRIE! Aia s-a făcut în baza unei decizii a Directorului ANP, nu în baza LEGII!!!! Să că mai spun şi altele?”, scrie Irina Tănase pe Instagram.
