Șora wrote on her Facebook account, a quite twisted message, without a precise recipient, alluding to flashes of some arrows towards the real recipient.
“You can measure the intellectual and moral reach of a person reacting to the plight of others. Wishing for the suffering or death of someone (who, by the way, you don’t know personally, but who you hate because it is on another” ideological “level , with all the semantic saturation of this word, the confusion and agitation caused) it is not only you. It serves you, bearer of hatred, but it also removes you from the register of thinking humanity “, wrote Mihai Șora, very involved in the electoral campaign, in the sense that it urged people to go to the polls to end the past.
Soon after, after the message written on Facebook, one of the virtual friends, Ionuț Magala, wrote a comment, which involved Mihai Șora in a “face to face” dialogue. “What would it be like to wish the death of Ion Iliescu, the genocide of Romania …”, Magala wrote.
Later, Șora replied: “You must want Ion Iliescu to live long enough to render an account, in front of earthly Justice, for his deeds (of a criminal nature, yes)”.
To this comment, another virtual friend, Diana BM, responded with a joke. Mihai ȘORA as in that joke: a detainee sentenced to 45 years in prison tells the judge: but I no longer live 45 years. And the judge: do everything you can! ”.
August 10 and Iliescu
It is not the first time that Mihai Șora has written messages addressed to Ion Iliescu. For example, in August 2018, shortly after the brutal events of August 10, when the Romanian gendarmerie “crushed” the anti-PSD demonstrations, Mihai Șora wrote again.
“There are voices that try to trivialize the repressive action of August 10, to make fun of it or, worse still, to justify it. They are usually the voices of those with a clear agenda. The rest, the victims of August 10, those who are waiting for those responsible, bosses or executors, to be held accountable, we will all have to be very patient. After almost 30 years of Mineriade, we still do not see a conviction of Ion Iliescu and others, who later gave orders, the same ones who later built impressive careers (political or military), the same ones who, although prosecuted for crimes against humanity They have a clear conscience, they sleep soundly, they rewrite history and the doctor explains to us that there was no Mineriade ”.
