A poll a month before the parliamentary elections indicates changes in voters’ choices. The USR Plus alliance exceeds 20% and is close to the PSD, which last month had less than that.
This month, PSD increases exactly as NLP decreases, by 2%. Only Pro Romania and UDMR would cross the electoral threshold.
The USR Plus alliance is up 3 percentage points, according to a survey conducted by IMAS on Europa FM in October.
20.4% would be the score of the alliance, if the parliamentary elections were held on Sunday. Basically, USR Plus now has a better score than PSD last month.
PNL drops 2 percentage points and is credited with 32.6% of the votes, compared to 34.7% in September.
Thus, the PNL and the USR-PLUS Alliance could gather the percentages to form a parliamentary majority.
PSD registers an increase similar to the decrease of the Liberals and is attributed 21.7 percent of the voting options.
Pro Romania remains roughly at the same level: 8.9% of voters would have voted.
Only the UDMR would cross the electoral threshold – 5.1%, and the PMP, with 4.8%, is at the limit, taking into account the margin of error.
ALDE is also in this poll, at 2.5 percent, but in the meantime it has merged with Pro Romania.
The survey was conducted by IMAS at the request of Europa FM between October 7 and 28, on a sample of 1010 people and has a margin of error of 3.1%.
