His message comes the day when Nicușor Dan accuses him of “deliberately delaying” assuming the mandate of Mayor General of the Capital.
“I’m still here. I’m still working. Like steel. And I like it,” Gabriela Firea wrote in English.
Nicusor Dan said Thursday that his term would be delayed for at least one more week after 52 court appeals were filed. She accuses Gabriela Firea, the current mayor, of having her subordinates sign these resources without her signing them.
“In Bucharest, at the General City Hall, we will wait at least one more week due to the irresponsible attitude of the PSD,” said Nicuşor Dan, at a press conference.
“In the last 4 weeks, the mayor of Bucharest was Gabriela Firea. If someone has problems with hot water, they should ask the incumbent mayor of Bucharest, Gabriela Firea, and not me. He is a mayor who has abandoned his mandate, their legal obligations ”, he added.
