In the Republic of Moldova, the first man of the state generates anarchy. A situation has arisen in which there are two acts in conflict: the decision of the Constitutional Court and the decree that promulgates the law, says Alexandru Arsene, adding that, in this case, the Constitutional Court must intervene urgently.
That law was part of a broader package of changes that simply turned the state upside down, in what can be described as a veritable coup by a parliamentary majority.
