If the route to work passes through a quarantined location, a person can use an employer certificate to reach the destination, but without stopping in the isolated area of the authorities, according to the Strategic Communication Group (GCS).
Someone who does not reside in a quarantined locality and wishes to cross another quarantined locality to go to work must present a certificate from the employer to the police.
According to GCS, in each quarantine order of a locality there is a rule that refers to the transit of the locality, being forbidden to stop in the locality. The transit route for transit must also be established on the employer’s certificate.
The Strategic Communication Group also states that the employer certificate template that can be used is that of the state of emergency.
The measure also applies to those who want to transit through the quarantined towns around Bucharest to go to work.
