The Central Electoral Office distributed the seats to the parties after the parliamentary elections on December 6. According to BEC, PSD will have 157 senators and deputies in the future Parliament, PNL will have 134, USR Plus – 80, AUR – 47 and UDMR – 30.

PSD will have in Parliament:
- 47 seats in the Senate
- 110 seats in the Chamber of Deputies
NLP obtained:
- 41 seats in the Senate
- 93 seats in the Chamber of Deputies
The USR PLUS alliance will have:
- 25 terms in the Senate
- 55 in the Chamber of Deputies
Alliance for the Union of Romanians (AUR):
- 14 seats in the Senate
- 33 in the Chamber of Deputies
UDMR obtained:
- 9 Senate mandates
- 21 in the Chamber of Deputies
“In addition, at the level of each constituency, the senator and deputy mandates will be assigned nominally.
