The program “Cronica Cârcotașilor” will be withdrawn from the station, after 20 years from the first broadcast, which is a real surprise in the Romanian media market, notes playtech.ro. The decision was made in the context in which Prima TV was recently bought by Clever Media, a company owned by Adrian Tomșa, who also owns Look TV. According to the directives of the new management, Prima TV will focus on general and sports news, which is easy to understand given that Tomșa is a shareholder in a company that holds the rights to broadcast League I matches.

Prima TV’s new management no longer wants to broadcast the station’s iconic program, which also caught the attention of Șerban Huidu. According to information obtained by Impact.ro, the bosses have already met with Șerban Huidu and discussed the terms of the collaboration. The season already recorded will air on the station, and then the show will disappear from PRIMA TV.
