Cosmin Olaroiu won the final of the Chinese championship!
UPDATE 15:30: Jiangsu Suning won 2-1 in the second leg of the final with Guangzhou Evergrande, and Cosmin Olaroiu won the first title in China!
The Romanian Jiangsu Suning coach arrived in the decider for his first title in China. Olaroiu’s team faces Guangzhou Evergrande, the defending champion of China, coached by Fabio Cannavaro.
The final was played in a round trip system, ending the first match 0-0.
In the deciding match, Jiangsu Suning led 2-1 in the 65th minute, the rivals progressing in 10 of the first-half overtime, after He Chao’s elimination over Teixeira.
Olaroiu’s team opened the scoring through Eder, who scored from the free kick awarded after He Chao’s foul.

The second goal was signed by Teixeira, who achieved a superb execution from the edge of the area.

Cosmin Olaroiu has been a Chinese coach since March 2018, his contract being valid until the end of 2021.
